Pet Republic Return Policy
We are sorry to inform , Pet Republic purchased is nonrefundable for Cash or Digital Transfer.
All returns item amount will be refunded in a form of Store Credit, which can be used for your next purchase.
Products that are purchased at discount prices during promotions or gifts are not available for refund.
Include Out of Stock Issue and Cancellation Transaction. We are trying our best to keep our stock up-to-date. We are welcome for product availability check with our customer service.
Complain and Return request only can be made and eligible at Pet Republic Return Center Page.
*We are sorry , We DO NOT proceed return and complain via any other platform include Call, Chat nor Store Visit before you get your email confirmation about how to return your items ( Return number confirmation will be asked)
The product return must be made within 3 days of the date the order is received by the customer. Returned products must be received to the pre-determined location no later than 5 days after the date of return is approved by Pet Republic Return Center.
The product to be returned must be in its original state. If we find a product that is in a bad condition, except because it is defective. we cannot accept the return. The product will be sent back directly to the customer's address.
Customers are responsible for the product shipping cost from Customer Address to Pet Republic .
It will take us maximum 5 business days to process the requested Purchase REFUND after the product is received by Pet Republic. * We require product to be send back to us , except shipping failure by logistic.
Return is only acceptable with conditions,
Incorrect information given
- Product is different than specified in the product description.
- Our expertise giving wrong advice nor solution before ordering the item ( Proof required)
Incorrect Item
- Product send is not the same as customer order ( SKU, Size )
Defective Item
- Product has defect functionality
Delivery Error
- Wrong delivery order received.
*Return is not available on SHIPMENT Failure such as Liquid Leaks, Broken Items , etc
For Shipment Failure due to Logistic handling , We are kindly help with Logistic CLAIM.
This will include Insurance Claim Form and shipping documentation. *Claim criteria might be Vary depending on Chosen logistic.
Currently exchange is not available as an option, if customer still want the same items that has been return , customer will need to make new order. *For customer satisfaction we are offering shipping coupon for your new order, if only new order is made not more than 5 days after RETURN issued ticket is closed.
